Chase’s lawsuit came just one month after Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann were ordered to pay nearly $230,000 to Simmons Banks after receiving a final default order. The suit was initially filed in July and involved a home equity line of credit, which the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums defaulted on.
