COULD BE DOWN TO HALF A MILE IN SOME SPOTS THIS MORNING, BUT THAT IS THE IMPACT. LIGHT SNOW ENDING BETWEEN 6:00 AND 9:00 EAST OF I-35. AT THE WET — THE ROAD WILL BE WET AND SLUSHY AND MIGHT BE COVERED IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS. ONE TO TWO INCHES, GIVE ARCTIC — GIVE OR TAKE HALF AN INCH OR SO. The Kansas City area is waking up Wednesday morning to a thick, wet blanket of snow. A number of school districts have announced closures or digital-learning days, and wrecks have been reported on area roadways.
