New dash cam footage shows that Jeff Hardy admitted to drinking alcohol and police drew their guns on him during his arrest on June 13.

TMZ shared video of Jeff Hardy during his recent arrest, showing the Florida Highway Patrol drew their guns on him after they were concerned about his well-being when they pulled him over. Cops pulled Hardy over after he’d been seen swerving and driving erratically on the highway, and they drew their guns and ordered him out of the vehicle after he initially didn’t comply.

Hardy ultimately exited the car without incident, and he was speaking quietly and stammering to the officers while they questioned him. Hardy was also unsteady on his feet, and later admitted to the police that he’d been drinking shots of Fireball whisky prior to driving. Hardy was taken to a nearby parking lot and police administered field sobriety tests, which he failed.

After the initial report revealing Hardy’s arrest, Marc Raimondi of ESPN shared that Hardy’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level test showed results of 0.294 and 0.291, more than three times the legal limit (0.08) in Florida. He is due in court on Tuesday in relation to the three charges he faces, including his third DUI in less than ten years.

Jeff Hardy is scheduled to be in court on June 14 in relation to the charges. Hardy was originally scheduled to challenge for the AEW World Tag Team Championship on Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite but he has been removed from advertisements since news of his arrest broke.
