The Aaron Rodgers saga has finally subsided. We did it, everyone! Sure, the topic will blossom sporadically over the next couple months and fully again after this season, but for now, it’s football time.

The Packers host Family Night at Lambeau Field on Saturday. The Texans come to Green Bay a week later. And the season opener in New Orleans is less than six weeks away.

Training camp is in full swing with four practices in the rearview mirror and a stacked week ahead after a day off Sunday. Here are 20 tidbits we’ve learned from the first week of (pad-less) work.

The best QB-WR tandem in the NFL still has it

If you thought Rodgers staying away from offseason activities would affect his dominance with Davante Adams, well, I have some news for you. Rodgers and Adams torched the Packers’ secondary in the first four days of camp in team work, leaving the likes of Eric Stokes, Darnell Savage Jr. and Josh Jackson out to dry.

Adams’ late hands have been particularly impressive in traffic, and Rodgers made an absurd throw deep downfield to Adams while on the run Saturday that only a select few people on Earth can make. They connected 133 times for 1,507 yards and 20 touchdowns in 15 1/2 games last season, playoffs included.
